The victim, identified as 29-year-old Rodrecus Partee, was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering multiple gunshot wounds. According to an affidavit, video surveillance showed a woman meet the victim in the hotel parking lot. As they began to walk toward the hotel, another man approached from behind and shot the victim multiple times in the back, records show. The woman ran to the east side of the building.

The family of a Pennsylvania 10- and 13-year-old who were apparently killed by their father in a murder-suicide is mourning their loss.
